He has had three Top 10 songs for such artists as Trick Pony and Joe Diffie and has also written several Top 40 songs with such artists as Hootie & The Blowfish, Sammy Kershaw, Burns & Poe, Mo Bandy. KAYLEY BISHOP:
Nashville starlet Kayley Bishop blends Bob Seger’s rock and roll, Dolly Parton’s bluegrass storytelling and Aretha Franklin’s soulful serenade into a one-of-a-kind country music cocktail. She loves merging the old with the new and finding inspiration from artists who were musical trail-blazers. Keith Urban has described her voice as a “gumbo of Celine Dion, Natalie Maines and Jewel.”
The East Tennessee-native says her, “heart beats like it was made to be tethered to a song.” Having written hundreds of songs to date, Kayley continues to amaze every crowd she performs in front of with her expertly crafted lyrics and chill-inducing vocals.
Performing regularly in Nashville and around the country, the seasoned performer and songstress is no stranger to the stage.
From Season 15 of NBC’s The Voice, Kayley is now in the process of releasing her next original project with Grammy® Nominated producer, Eric Torres. Her past releases can be found across all digital music platforms, as well. To stay up to date on Kayley’s new releases and upcoming tour dates, you can follow her @kayleybish on social media platforms.
J Edwards:
One of the last Traveling Troubadours
Tired of being “Nashville’s Best Kept Secret” J Edwards is bringing his writing to the forefront through powerful grass roots concerts one small town at a time. Holding on to a classic style of songwriting and storytelling, he moves people with his lyrics like a firebrand dropped in their laps. His voice still holds the strains of influences from years of experience and in his singing you can hear his history from both sides of the church door. From the “shouting” songs of the old black gospel choir to the heart sick sinner crying in his whiskey, it’s all clear the minute J Edwards delivers the first line. Just be rest assured at every show something in his words and melodies is gonna hit you in the heart, smack you in the head or kick you in the butt… and you’re gonna like it.
His voice has been described as black velvet over rough gravel.
